The name

Why “house”?

In older trades — publishing houses, trading houses, fashion houses — a “house” meant something specific: a small firm where the whole craft lived under one roof, where the people who designed the work also made it, and where the name over the door was the guarantee of quality.

That’s the model we want for revenue work. Not a strategy firm that hands your problem to a slide team, and not a dev shop that builds whatever it’s told. One house, where the person who diagnoses your funnel is in the room when the software that fixes it gets designed — and accountable for whether it works.

Where we start from

We are early-stage, and we’d rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. What you get from a young firm is what larger ones struggle to offer: senior attention on every engagement, pricing without agency overhead, and a strong incentive to make our first clients our best references.

What we won’t do is manufacture credibility — no borrowed logos, no invented testimonials, no vanity statistics. Our credibility has to come from the quality of our thinking on a free diagnostic call, and from the work that follows.

Belfast, by design

We’re based in Belfast, Northern Ireland — a city with a deep engineering tradition and a growing software economy. We work with businesses across the UK and Ireland, and remotely further afield; delivery is designed to work over email, calls and shared tooling from day one.
