The Revenue House is a Belfast consultancy built on a single conviction: advice that never becomes a working system was never really advice.
Why “house”?
In older trades — publishing houses, trading houses, fashion houses — a “house” meant something specific: a small firm where the whole craft lived under one roof, where the people who designed the work also made it, and where the name over the door was the guarantee of quality.
That’s the model we want for revenue work. Not a strategy firm that hands your problem to a slide team, and not a dev shop that builds whatever it’s told. One house, where the person who diagnoses your funnel is in the room when the software that fixes it gets designed — and accountable for whether it works.
How we earn the work
What you get from a house this size is what larger firms struggle to offer: senior attention on every engagement, and pricing without agency overhead.
