Method

Diagnose. Design. Deliver. Optimise.

One loop, four steps. It keeps our advice accountable — every recommendation has to survive being built, shipped and measured.

The four steps in detail

Diagnose

We map your revenue engine end to end: how demand arrives, how it converts, how customers are kept and grown. We interview the people who run it, pull the numbers that describe it, and find the constraints that matter.

  • Stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs
  • Funnel, pipeline and retention analysis
  • A prioritised constraint list — impact ranked against effort

You get: a written diagnostic with a clear recommendation on what to fix first, specific enough to be built.

Design

Process and system are designed together, on one page. We sketch the improved workflow, agree KPI definitions, and specify the software — screens, data model, integrations — before a line of code is written.

  • Target process design with clear owners and stages
  • System specification and integration map
  • Agreed success metrics for the engagement

You get: a build plan you could, in principle, take to any competent developer. We hope you’ll pick us.

Deliver

We build in short cycles — working software reviewed every one to two weeks, with your team using it as early as possible. Feedback changes the plan; that’s the point of shipping early.

  • Short delivery cycles with visible progress
  • Training folded into delivery, not bolted on afterwards
  • Documentation and clean handover of access

You get: a working system in production, owned by you, understood by your team.

Optimise

After launch we measure against the success metrics agreed in Design, tune what underperforms, and either hand over fully or stay on under a light-touch retainer to keep improving.

  • Post-launch review against agreed metrics
  • Adjustments, refinements and team feedback loops
  • Optional ongoing support and iteration

You get: evidence of what changed — and a system that keeps earning its keep.

Pricing models

How we charge

Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins, with scope, deliverables and price agreed up front. No surprise invoices.

Fixed-price project

For diagnostics, optimisation sprints and defined builds. One agreed scope, one agreed price, staged payments tied to delivery milestones.

Best when the outcome can be defined clearly at the start.

Monthly advisory

A set monthly fee for ongoing RevOps counsel: working sessions, metric reviews and hands-on help, with a fixed cadence and a notice period rather than a long lock-in.

Best when you want senior revenue thinking on tap without a full-time hire.

Build & run

For systems we’ve delivered: a predictable monthly fee to host, maintain, support and extend the software, so it never becomes an orphan.

Best when the system matters and nobody in-house wants to babysit it.

Collaboration

How we work with your team

Good systems are adopted, not imposed. Our working style is built around that:

  • One accountable contact You always know who is responsible on our side, and you can reach them directly by email — replies within 1 business day.
  • Your tools where possible We extend what you already use before proposing anything new. Fewer systems, better used, beats a shiny new stack.
  • Short written updates A brief written summary at the end of every cycle: what shipped, what we learned, what’s next. No status theatre.
  • Everything handed over Code, credentials, documentation and diagrams are yours. If we disappeared tomorrow, your systems wouldn’t.

Start with the diagnostic call

It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and you’ll leave with at least one useful observation about your revenue engine.

We reply within 1 business day.
